A basic digitally created logo design is $150.
Please e-mail Serenity to discuss an animated, java or complex
logo design idea to get a quote. A 50% deposit is required before any design
work begins. We will communicate primarily by e-mail where I will send you
to a web address to look at the design ideas in progress and we will go back
and forth in this way until you, the client and me, Serenity, agree on a
definite design. :) The remaining 50% of the design fee will then be due and
Serenity's Spiritual Creations will e-mail you the logo ready to put on the
internet. If you also require a print-ready format for your logo there will
be an additional $15.00 fee.

Payment Terms for Graphic Design:
An estimated charge will be set in place for the logo design, based upon the
work agreed on by all parties concerned. Upon the start of construction, 50%
of the expected costs will be paid to the company. The total costs will be
reviewed at the 75% point, at which time an invoice will be rendered
reflecting the total costs to date. This invoice is due in full upon
presentation. If this invoice is not paid immediately, all work will be
stopped until said invoice is paid.
Upon completion of the logo, an invoice will be presented which must be paid
in order for the logo to be turned over and saved in the desired format. If
the final invoice is not paid upon completion, not only will the logo not be
turned over, but an interest rate of 10% will be charged until such invoice
is paid plus the interest charged.
This questionnaire will also serve as a contract between you, the client,
and me, Serenity's Spiritual Designs. In filling out this form and e-mailing
it back to Serenity's Spiritual Designs, you are agreeing to the terms
listed above.
