I am a Joyous Life Instigator, a rabble-rouser. I encourage my clients to "Incite a riot - of joy!" We begin the adventure by exploring your unique experience of joy. As your coach, I help you to become clear about how YOU define a Joyous Life and then to seek to increase the opportunities that lead to joy, personal success, and fulfillment while avoiding the pitfalls - or using them as stepping stones to success! My philosophy is that once you begin accessing that joy, success and well being follow pretty naturally. Oh, don't get me wrong, I still think we have to do a lot of footwork, but tapping in to what's great in life certainly seems to make it easier to deal with life's challenges!

The greatest power we have is the power of choice.  It's an actual fact that if you've been moping in unhappiness, you can choose to be joyous instead and, by effort, lift yourself into joy.  If you tend to be fearful, you can overcome that misery by choosing to have courage.  Even in darkest grief, you have a choice.

The whole trend and quality of anyone's life is determined in the long run by the choices that are made.

-- Norman Vincent Peale

Coaching works because the client and coach become a "team" with the client's success and fulfillment the goal. A coaching relationship provides ongoing support, insight, and challenges that enhance your ability to live an extraordinary life. As your coach, I champion YOU and give you the impetus to recognize yourself as the champion of your own life. That said, you can expect me to ask a lot of you and to want a lot for you. But we won't forget the fun of playing the game.
